Meditation

The goal of Meditation is to calm your mind and experience your Authentic Self, or Inner Being. To do so, you turn your attention inward, beginning with the breath, and continue to deeper and deeper levels of awareness.

There is a level of awareness where you can feel one with all things. Like bringing a light into a dark room, meditation improves your mindfulness and well-being with each and every practice session.

Each class includes some talk, orienting ourselves with the seasons and moon cycles, gentle stretching, and inner journeying.
